Cancellation policy

Some items in our store are a recurring subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these purchases.

Your right to cancel
You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase, which always applies regardless of anything below. Where you've asked us to begin work (such as configuration or installation) within that period, you're liable for the cost of what's actually been done up to cancellation. Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll be charged for each period in advance, based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely for this purpose.

Our subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals — this doesn't automatically refund the period you're currently in. See our Terms and Conditions for what's refundable and when, depending on how long you've had the product and whether installation is complete.

Your order confirmation email includes a link to manage or cancel your subscription directly.
